What is your turn around time?
Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 days for most orders. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.
Do you offer revisions?
If there is an error that does not match the instructions provided in your order notes, we will gladly correct it.
We offer up to 3 free minor revisions per order.
Minor revisions include small adjustments such as:
- Facial details
- Colors
- Small corrections
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Any changes that were not included in your original order instructions (such as new poses, outfits, backgrounds, added people/pets, or major redesigns) will be considered a new request and may require additional payment.
Do you ship internationally?
For canvas prints, we ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by location, typically 10-15 business days. (Canvas prints currently unavailable)
What is your refund policy?
Because each portrait is custom-made, all sales are final once artwork production has started.
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided artwork has not yet begun.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect photo selection by customer
- Personal preference after delivery
If you receive the wrong file or experience technical issues, please contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve it promptly.
